Obra Social Caja Madrid muestra la exposición "Latidos de un mundo convulso", un proyecto de Lunwerg Editores coproducido con Obra Social Caja Madrid, que a través de cien fotografías, muestra diversos escenarios conflictivos de los últimos 30 años. La muestra está comisariada por Sandra Balsells, fotoperiodista y profesora de la Universidad Ramon Llull.
Diez fotógrafos españoles de reconocido prestigio se reúnen por primera vez en una propuesta de fotografía documental que recoge sus miradas comprometidas en torno a situaciones dramáticas impregnadas por la injusticia, la guerra y la miseria. El objetivo de esta amplia propuesta documental es reivindicar la función testimonial de la fotografía como instrumento sensibilizador y transformador de la propia realidad.
Las cien fotografías que componen esta muestra, diez por autor, trazan un extenso recorrido fotográfico por algunos de los escenarios más castigados por los conflictos durante las tres últimas décadas; un recorrido que arranca con la Revolución de los Claveles y que concluye con la guerra en Irak.
